A case study and HR portion on campus and then a day long HR session at the office. The office visit included 2 interviews which were relaxed. Definitely take time to prepare for the case study before hand. Many questions were specific and asked about it. Other than the case study to see if they like the way you think, they are looking for a personality fit.
