Employee Referral --> Email from Recruiter --> 2 weeks later --> Phone Interview --> On Site Interview (1 Case, 1 Behavioral, & Lunch). The Case Study interviewee was too detail with over 12 years of experience comparing to me with 0 experience. Behavioral Interviewee asked some questions that were irrelevant(Ex: Where your parents live?), but nice. Got a Email that decline me because of particular requirements. Overall, good people and expanding firms, but does not make sense to lead a candidate on through this process who does not fit their qualifications & 30 minutes is not enough time to get to know someone.
