I met the recruiters through the career fair at school. I applied online and was called back within a week for an on-campus interview. There were two 30 minute interviews back to back. One was behavioral, and the other was a case interview. You are given the case prior to the interview. You will be asked several questions and scenarios regarding the case. Heard back within 2-3 business days regarding a visit to the office. I never heard back after the office visit, which is unfortunate that the company cannot even provide me with a rejection email or letter.

I applied through my university career website. There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first one was on campus where there were 2 parts, one was a case study interview and the other one was heavily behavioral. After that I made it to the final round interviews which were onsite. In the end I did not get the position but the whole process was very insightful and smooth.

The interview process begins with a phone "discussion" about what Protiviti does, what your interests are, etc.. From there, you will (hopefully) be given a phone interview. It's standard behavioral interview questions. Then, you will have an office interview, which entails a process flowchart that they give you the night before and you have about 5 minutes to make process improvements.

I have never had an interview process. The IT Managing Director just offered my a job telling me what the payment was going to be. That´s it. No technical interview with an SME. No HR interview, not even HR evaluations.

applied online, had a phone interview and then an office visit, where I did a 30 minute behavioral interview and 30 minute case interview. They send you part of the case study the night before, which is helpful to be able to look over before being asked questions about it

Screening with the recruiter followed by a phone interview with a team member and an in-person interview with three other team members. The in person interviews are okay. Unfortunately, it was obvious that the first person who interviewed me wasnt really clear on the benefits of hiring an Audit Manager as he was concerned whether I possessed technical skills every first year auditor possess, despite the fact I had multiple years experience and certifications. He also didn't seem interested in any experience in progressive auditing or team management.

I had an on campus interview that consisted of two 30 minute sessions. One was a case study and the other was behavioral questions. The case study was pretty straightforward, but they gave you more information to complete the study during the interview. This made it more difficult to prepare ahead of time.

Everyone was extremely friendly throughout the entire process. I got my first round interview from my school's career fair and interviewed the next day. The interview is split into behavioral and case. The behavioral felt much more like a conversation than an interview, which I really appreciated. The case was very basic, centered mostly on controls. They gave me a process map the night before, so I spent 30 minutes analyzing it before going in. The case is also pretty guided, so if you're missing something or not exactly on the right track, they will point you in the right direction. The final round interviews were in the office. All candidates stayed in a hotel and went to a dinner the night before the office visit. The second day is very laid-back and fun. I got to meet many other potential interns and other employees. Near the end I had a 15 minute conversation with a Managing Director, which again was very much like a convesation.

– Emailed my resume to the Technology Consultant Manager that I was referred to by a friend of mine. – Received a call, followed by an email after 6 days for scheduling an interview. – Had an on-site interview the next day with the Technology Consultant Director for about an hour. We discussed the company, my past experiences, salary expectations etc. After concluding, he asked me to send them a follow-up email or call them and they might call me for another interview. I didn't. – Never heard back.

The interview process was extremely easy going. Everyone was very welcoming which made the experience less nerve-wracking. I applied online and had a phone interview. After my phone interview they invited me to fly up (all expenses paid) to interview in person. The in person interview consisted of some behavioral questions and a case study.
