I got an interview through a recruiter. I went in for two rounds of interviews, first with HR and a second visit with a few of the practicing professionals. I was asked about my experiences at my then employer and some behavioral type questions.

Interviewed through college recruiting. It was a breeze scheduling wise. Other than that you have a interview, case study, and office visit to partake in. The case study is given to you the night before for review and additional material is provided the day of.

Interviewed Feb 2,014 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 days)
The on campus interview was 30 min behavioral, 30 min case. The case interview was not as hard as I was expecting, and the Managing Director interviewing me was quite helpful. The behavioral interview was more of a conversation.

Easy Interview – Overall Positive Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Fri, 27 Apr 2018

Interviewed in Charlotte, NC (took 14 days)
There were multiple phone interviews with every member of the team I would be partnered with. It got a little redundant, but it was great to get to know each of them personally. There were 2 in-person interviews with my direct managers. They were amazing. They answered all of my questions, were extremely friendly, and were honest about the culture within the company.

Easy Interview – Overall Negative Experience – No – Wed, 2 May 2018

Interviewed (took 3 days)
They cold contacted me requesting an interview to be a recruiter. I was messaged on LinkedIn and told that I had an interesting background. They conducted a phone interview and then wanted to bring me in the next day. I went in and had a great conversation but then they never contacted me again. I also followed-up with them and never heard back. My advice to the company is when you are going to reach-out to someone, give them the courtesy after they come in to follow-up with them. At the end of the day, I was being used as a comparison candidate and they had no real intent of offering me the role. They simply wanted someone to compare the person they had in mind to.

Interview – Overall Negative Experience – No – Fri, 18 May 2018

Interviewed May 2,018 (took 7 days)
I applied online from a posting on LinkedIn. One phone screen with recruiter. One with a manager who didn’t seem keen on my background. Then I had a final phone screen with a very hostile and rude director. She cut me off and it almost seemed like she was antongizing me. She came off brash and rude. Did not answer any of my questions. I pretty much knew I would not be moving forward after that. I was very upfront about my experience on my resume and on the phone. How can you fault someone for is honest about their experience? Recruiter was pretty quick with getting back to me and letting me know they would not be moving forward, which I was fine with and appreciated.

Met a recruiter during an on campus career fair. After meeting with the recruiter I followed up with emails and kept contact until I was offered an interview. On campus interview included a case and after this interview I was flown out for a secondary office interview.

First round was on-campus, 30-minute behavioral interview and then a 30-minute case study which was sent the night before to prepare for. Very easy to work through and the interviewers were easy to talk to. Second round was in the NY office where there were two more short personality/culture-fit interviews. Once again, very low stress.

I applied over the weekend and received call the week after. The company is quite effective on that, may because Robert Half is their parent company. The face to face interview was very informative, and the interviewer shared many information about the role. Appreciate it a lot.

Had an on-campus interview after meeting employees at my schools job fair. The interview went well and I was invited to the office super day. I was told if you made it that far you basically had the job and I was pretty excited. I listened to employees talk up Protiviti and how great it was. Then I had 2 interviews that were pretty laid back, then had a Q&A panel with new hires. I thought it went very well and had a great conversation with the interviewers. I was very surprised that I was not offered a job after that.

Case interview and behavioral. Interviewed on campus and then was flown out to NY two weeks later for an in-office interview which consisted of two behavioral interviews. Not very stressful, they talk a lot about the company and try to sell you on it

Talked with the recruiting coordinator over the phone. She scheduled a conversation with a practice director, spoke with him for about 20 minutes about the practice and my experience. Scheduled an in-person interview. Met with 4 different directors individually over a 2 hour period in the office.
